  • The Mite Skill Position Training Program is designed to introduce 5 & 6 year olds to proper technique as applied to the various skill positions in youth football.
  • The Rookie Skill Position Training Program is designed to introduce 7 & 8 year olds to proper technique as applied to the various skill positions in youth football.  Drill work will be slightly more intense with a higher degree of expectations than the Mite Program.

Based on time of year and weather, players will train indoors, outdoors or both.  Athletes training sessions are Monday & Friday.

  • The Free Agent Skill Position Training Program is designed to introduce 9 & 10 year olds to more advanced techniques as applied to the various skill positions in youth football.
  • The Draft Skill Position Training Program is designed to prepare 11 & 12 year olds for participation at the middle school/Jr high level. Much more advanced techniques as applied to the various skill positions in youth football.

Based on time of year and weather, players will train indoors, outdoors or both.  Athletes will have the opportunity to train two days per week. (Tuesday & Saturday)

The following qualify as skill positions:

  • Running Back
  • Wide Receivers
  • Tight Ends
  • Defensive Backs
  • Linebackers

 

  • The Mite Lineman Level Training Program is the introductory level program to introduce 5 & 6 year old players the very basic components of being an offensive or defensive lineman.  Techniques include: basic hand-to-hand combat, Gap protection, gap assignment
  • The Rookie Lineman Level Training Program is the more intense training level program for 7 & 8 year old players. The primary components of being an offensive or defensive lineman.  Techniques include: basic hand-to-hand combat, Gap protection, gap assignment. Zone Blocking & Trap blocking techniques.
  • The Free Agent Lineman Level Training Program is the more intense training level program for 9 & 10 year old players. The primary components of being an offensive or defensive lineman.  Techniques include: basic hand-to-hand combat, Gap protection, gap assignment. Zone Blocking & Pull blocking techniques.
  • The Draft Lineman Level Training Program is our advanced training level program for 11 & 12 year old players. The primary components of being an offensive or defensive lineman.  Techniques include: (Defensive) basic hand-to-hand combat, Gap assignment, Twist and Stunts; (Offense) Gap protection, Zone Blocking & Pull blocking techniques, Blitz Pick Up

  • Inside & Outside Linebackers

Note - Quarterbacks are a separate program

QB Elite Training Program - The QB Elite program focuses on the young quarterback's fundamentals and mechanics. each participant will work or footwork, ball fakes, handoffs and throwing accuracy among other skills.

based on the age of the player will determine the intensity level of each drill or skill being taught.  Play calling and reads will be implemented to the appropriate age as determined by the training staff.
