The 3 Chairs...2 Moves Drill is great for teaching off-the-bounce ball handling either individually or in a group.

Horizontal Shooting allows post players and perimeter players to develop lift by structurally involving their power base. The drill also teaches the athletes to properly square the shoulders while empowering the mid range shooting skills.

The Side & Back Shooting Drill allows post players and perimeter players to improve their shooting thru their power base position.
